Blue Dart honoured with 'Customer & Brand Loyalty' Award

Blue Dart Express Limited, South Asia's number one express air and integrated transportation, distribution and logistics company and part of the DHL Group, has been recognised with the Customer & Brand Loyalty Award in the Logistics Sector, amongst a host of national and international players who were also nominated for the Award.

The 3rd Loyalty Awards, part of the 3rd Loyalty Summit, were presented at a gala ceremony at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on 27th January 2010. Ketan Kulkarni, Head - Marketing, Corporate Communications & Sustainability received the Award on behalf of Blue Dart.

The Loyalty Awards are the outcome of a combination of Consumer Research undertaken in 6 cities of India with a sample of 50,000 Consumers, aided by nominations received from organisations. The awards were governed by a jury, who on basis of the above two findings decided the final award winners in each category.

Blue Dart received this prestigious accolade, for attaining the trust and loyalty of its customers and delivering consistent high quality services over the last 26 years.
