Blue Dart Aviation now Blue Dart Express' arm

Blue Dart Express on Monday said that the company's board has approved enhancing its stake in Blue Dart Aviation from the existing 49% to 74%. "The company has acquired an additional 21% and now it holds a 70% stake in Blue Dart Aviation." Blue Dart Express said. "Consequently, Blue Dart Aviation becomes subsidiary of the company with effect from June 22.2015," it added.
