Blue Dart launches new services
Logistics services provider Blue Dart, a part of DHL group, on Wednesday said it has launched value-added services-Duties and axes Paid-targeting the multi-national and SME exporters.
This service allows exporters from India to manage their shipping requirements in a seamless manner, Blue Dart said in a statement.
In case of outbound shipments, DHL entity overseas would clear the shipment at Customs by paying the requisite duty according to the local laws and deliver the said shipments to the consignee, it said.
"This unique service is an initiative through which we aim o leverage DHL's global strengths and Blue Dart's expertise optimally for customer benefits," Blue Dart Marketing Head, Mr Ketan Kulkarni, said.
